OFFICE LIFE
As the intern of a small staffed museum, I've become accustomed to some of the day to day errands of office life. For instance, when our office manager came back to the museum, I took a break from marketing projects to assemble her desk chair.

Every shift began with a run for the mail across the street to the Dean's building and then again in the Art + Design office.

When the new office space on the second floor of the museum was finished, a few of the staff moved upstairs. I moved and organized all of our new kitchen space which was a bit frustrating when the mini fridge was nearly a centimeter too tall to fit under the counter.

Working in an office setting, is drastically different from the restaurant lifestyle that I've known as "work". It is much more low key and at a completely different pace, but full of more enjoyable work.
